Return Eligibility

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process

Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@drgreenic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Late or Missing Refunds

Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
